To visualize your project quickly, we first provide schematic renderings that we call Schematic Designs. These drawings show in a loose (but accurate) artistic form how the proposed changes will look. The Schematic Design phase sets the design direction for the project. The subsequent technical drawings are required to turn the design direction given by the Schematic Design drawings into a fully completed project.
